iMedicor to Participate in $11 Million SunCoast RHIO Program

Sustainability Model to Assist Regional Health Information Organizations Beyond Initial Federal Funding

NANUET, NEW YORK, May 13, 2010 -- iMedicor (OTCBB: VMCI) a leading provider of HIPAA Compliant communication systems for the healthcare community, today announced that it will participate in the SunCoast RHIO program. This program combines the services in the recently announced partnership between iMedicor and MedLink, the Electronic Medical Records and Practice Management partner.

SunCoast Health Partners is a Joint Venture between the SunCoast RHIO, Inc. and for profit partners offering services to the healthcare community in the Southwest Region of Florida. The participation by SunCoast will include offering products and services by MedLink and iMedicor to the more than 500 Healthcare Providers in the SunCoast RHIO area of Southwest Florida.

"This venture will provide affordable health information technology solutions to participants while providing financial benefits to support the adoption of Electronic Health Records. The agreement is a significant milestone for MedLink as well as iMedicor; five hundred healthcare practices are expected to generate sales of more than $4 million in the first year and in excess of $7 million over the subsequent four years," said Ray Vuono, President of MedLink.

This deployment will offer an Electronic Medical Records and Practice Management System provided by MedLink, that addresses the "Meaningful Use" requirements developed by the Federal government under the Department of Health and Human Services. The combined system will also provide affordable health information technology solutions to participants, a HIPAA Compliant communications network coupled with the benefits of a social community portal for physicians. In addition, the physicians participating in SunCoast will have access to the latest educational and product resources through iMedicor's Clear Lobby. This service will contribute to a unique sustainability model designed to support the SunCoast RHIO and reduce the overall cost to the medical practice to adopt and implement Electronic Medical Records as part of the day-to-day clinical workflow.

"iMedicor and its partners have developed a revenue sharing model that mutually benefits all parties. SunCoast RHIO represents what is expected to be the first of many similar opportunities for the iMedicor / MedLink partnership, as the RHIO community continues to adopt this unique model that encourages sustainability beyond current federal, state and local funding," said CEO Fred Zolla.

"This first opportunity could easily become the beginning of the tipping point as the transition from a paper to digital medical records system, mandated by federal regulations, merges with our sustainability concept. It is designed to allow healthcare organizations to function well into the future after federal funds start the process but eventually run out."
