iMedicor Partners With Direct Medical Solutions for Marketing and Membership Development Services

Direct Medical Solutions’ National Sales Force Will Market the iMedicor Portal to Medical Practices, Hospitals and HIEs

NANUET, NEW YORK, January 19, 2010 -- iMedicor (OTCBB: VMCI) today announced that it has entered in to a strategic alliance with Direct Medical Solutions (DMS). Under the agreement, iMedicor will utilize the DMS national sales representatives to market enrollment and revenue generating services to physicians, hospitals, regional and state Health Information Exchanges (HIEs), and other organizations in the healthcare field.

Under the agreement, DMS will initially focus on enrolling oncologists, oncology related fields, neurologists and neurology related fields as the company begins to launch several contractual initiatives. DMS will also direct its efforts in promoting the Health Information Exchange / Electronic Medical Records system recently introduced by iMedicor. The HIE / EMR service was designed to address the Healthcare Initiative regulations that will begin to take effect later this year.
