iMedicor Syndicates its ClearLobby Pharma Marketing Services in Alliance with MedTrust Online

Agreement Leverages MedTrust's Access to 75% of PracticingOncologists in the U.S. to Deliver Information on New Drugs andTreatments for Cancer Patients

NANUET, NEW YORK, January 25, 2010 -- iMedicor (OTCBB: VMCI) today announced that it has entered into a strategic alliance with MedTrust Online, a portal that helps cancer doctors practice the most precise medicine for their patients by linking them with the latest diagnostic and treatment strategies. The alliance will leverage MedTrust’s user base of oncologists with iMedicor’s ClearLobby profiled marketing technology.

The first program of the iMedicor / MedTrustOnline alliance is anticipated to launch this quarter. For its services, iMedicor and MedTrust will receive “click through” revenue and a portion of sales revenues generated by the alliance.

“MedTrust Online’s portal, which offers unparalleled access to U.S. oncologists, is the perfect partner for us as we bring Oncology related treatments to the U.S. market,” said iMedicor chief executive officer Fred Zolla. “The synergies between MedTrust Online’s model and the ClearLobby model make this a very promising strategic alliance and we look forward to a profitable outcome.”

MedTrust Online will also offer iMedicor’s health information exchange (HIE) functionality to its members, thereby enhancing the capabilities of Oncocentric.com, MedTrust’s proprietary technology that allows clinicians to investigate treatment options, research evidence, and to collaborate electronically on challenging cases.

"We look forward to working with iMedicor to bring new information on breakthrough drugs and treatments to our user base," said Christopher Yoo, PhD, CEO of MedTrust Online. “This partnership with iMedicor expands our capabilities to deliver the most relevant clinical content to oncologists that rely on us for the latest advances in treatments for cancer patients.”

iMedicor’s pharma marketing platform, “ClearLobby”, offers the first of its kind physician / pharma electronic communication system resulting in interactions that are much more meaningful and efficient. ClearLobby changes the dynamic of these relationships by placing control squarely in the hands of the physician. At the same time, the interaction between the physician and the pharma becomes more cost effective because ClearLobby is able to distribute critical product information and samples directly to the targeted user base.
