Mr. Zolla is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of iMedicor, Inc., formerly Vemics, Inc., a position he has held since the inception of Vemics-Delaware in July 2001. In June of 2009, the Vemics Board of Directors voted to change its corporate name to iMedicor.
Before founding Vemics-Delaware, Mr. Zolla served as the Chief Operating Officer of Educational Video Conferencing, Inc., a publicly traded company in the technology and distance learning fields from 1999 to 2001.
From 1990 to 1999, Mr. Zolla was the President of Distance Learning Associates, the first content aggregator in the K-12 and corporate distributed learning space in the U.S. In 1996, he served on the White House Committee for technology in education that was chaired by then vice-president Al Gore.
Mr. Zolla has taught and lectured in England, France, Italy, Spain, and Korea and throughout the U.S. on the integration of distance learning resources and technology in the classroom and workplace. He served as Chairman of the Board of the New York Film Festival’s non-broadcast division from 1992 through 1995 and remains an active board member.
Edward Ryterband has gained considerable experience through his work with the Hay Group and with RHR International, where he is now a Partner. He was Managing Director of RHR's New York Office and guided its growth into the largest office in the firm. RHR provides consulting services for mid to large cap companies in the area of hiring, deployment and management of senior leadership and supports efforts to plan and execute large-scale business development projects.
Prior to his work with RHR he was a Partner in the Hay Group in charge of building their services globally in organization and leadership development.
Mr. Ryterbrand's experience includes working with senior leadership in Global Pharmaceutical companies such as Merck, Pharmacia (before its acquisition by Pfizer), and Schering Plough as well as smaller companies such as OSI Pharma, a rapidly growing bio-tech. He has similar experience with healthcare related companies such as Quest Diagnostics, Impact Rx, Horizon BC/BS New Jersey and Health First.
Mr. Lorelli joined the Board in 2009. He is CEO of New Jersey based Water-Jel Technologies, LLC, that provides first-aid burn care products to EMS, firefighters, industry and the military. Prior to his work with Water-Jel, Mr. Lorelli spent 20 years in various leadership roles at Fortune 100 companies including PepsiCo, Inc., Esmark, Inc. and Bristol-Myers Squibb. During his nine years with PepsiCo, Inc., Mr. Lorelli held four positions of increasing responsibility, beginning with his position as senior vice president of marketing, then executive vice president of Pepsi-Cola North America, and moving to president of Pepsi-Cola East and culminating with a position as president of Pizza Hut International. During his two years as president of Pizza Hut International, Mr. Lorelli directed the division's growth strategy and successfully increased Pizza Hut's presence from 68 to 92 countries, surpassing McDonalds.
Mr. Whitelaw has built a career in finance and marketing which has brought him ownership and management positions in businesses ranging from an investment banking firm, a series of profitable eCommerce ventures, an offshore finance corporation, and a developer of next generation eBusiness software to partnerships in winning Indy 500 racing teams and an independent film studio. Mr. Whitelaw currently serves as the Managing Director of Blue Car Partners and consults to various businesses worldwide.
Most recently, Mr. Whitelaw was President & CEO of the Rocket Racing League (RRL), the world’s first sports and game franchise based on competitions of piloted rocket-powered aircraft similar to Formula-1 racing on the ground. Prior to the RRL, Mr. Whitelaw, as CEO, built EOCnet.com, a Bermuda based electronic processing company which enables international companies to electronically incorporate their own virtual businesses on the island and take advantage of Bermuda's tax and legal benefits. He is currently Board Chairman of Pro Sport Marketing, NYC and an advisor to Connecticut-based MGT Capital Alliance and various other firms.
Mr. Whitelaw’s charitable pursuits include his involvement in The Recovery Network, a non-profit formed to help emotionally and mentally disabled individuals, and an ongoing involvement with the Lennox Hill Neighborhood House and the Mill Neck School for the Deaf. In 1991, he founded The Homeless Foundation of America. Mr. Whitelaw is the New York chairman for the Crystal Ball, an annual fundraiser for environmental improvement through contributions to scientific advancement.
Mr. Smith is the Chairman of WESCO Energy Corporation, a company owned by Sonoran Pacific Resources, one of the largest investor's in iMedicor, Inc.. WESCO owns the patents on a number of new technologies in the oil and gas business, such as gas to liquid conversion of stranded gas, heavy oil upgrading, and a process for producing environmentally friendly tailings from oil and tar sands. He recently facilitated the negotiation and signing of agreements concerning projects in the USA, Canada, China, and Russia. He is presently overseeing new prospective projects in Thailand, Nigeria, Madagascar, Ecuador, Dubai and other parts of the world.
Mr. Smith advises and assists Sonoran Pacific on numerous projects in which it has venture capital and real estate investments.
